For instance, instead of just reading daily, I committed to reading for at least 15 minutes every single day for a month. The key is consistency over intensity. You could pick 2-3 habits from this list—maybe 'Wake Up Early,' 'Read Daily,' and 'Journal'—and challenge yourself to stick with them for 30 days. This creates momentum and builds a foundation that feels achievable. After that first month, you'll feel more confident adding another habit or two, gradually building up your routine. Setting daily goals for self-improvement is crucial too. For example, if 'Learn Skills' is one of your chosen habits, your daily goal might be to spend 20 minutes learning a new language or practicing a new software.
