For me, it meant actively scheduling "mind-off" time. I started dedicating 15 minutes in the afternoon to just stare out the window, no phone, no music, no to-do list. Or I'd try a 5-minute meditation app. What a difference! Before, my brain was constantly buzzing with tasks and worries. Now, I actually feel like I can reset, leading to clearer thinking and less overwhelm. Another big one was writing down everything swirling in my head at the end of the day – a "brain dump."
