Work out week
So this is the perfect workout that really you do a lot but you also don’t do a lot at the same time Sunday is your rest day and so is Thursdays but if you don’t fill out a color on one of the days that you are hard-core working now because you fill out a color on every day even Sundays Which also represents your rest dates then you have to do punishment day on Sunday, which is the rest of all of those workouts instead of having a rest day and then you drink a lot of water and you can eat whatever you want. You don’t have to stick to a diet when you do this workout cause it is for 400 days But good luck.
