My friend and I teamed up to create this winter wellness challenge to encourage people on their wellness journeys, and learn to instill healthy habits this winter.

Participants can enhance their experience by setting intentions for the winter seasonโ€”focusing on mental, physical, and emotional health. Journaling prompts encourage individuals to reflect on their past experiences, let go of unhelpful habits, and recognize things they're grateful for. Movement goals are integral to the challenge, helping participants stay active despite the chill. Mindful eating is highlighted to balance comfort foods with nourishment. This challenge aims to foster a supportive community, encouraging everyone to fill their own cups and enhance their wellness journey together!
