It's a simple seasoning with only consomme, and it's full of ingredients, so I'm very satisfied with this one dish!
[Materials]
・ Cabbage... 1 / 2
1 carrot
・ Onion... 1 piece
・ Sausage: 2 bags (about 10 pieces)
・ Potatoes... about 5 pieces
Water: 1000 ml
[Seasoning]
・ Consomme... tablespoon 2
・ Black pepper... appropriate amount
・ Parsley... appropriate amount
[How to make]
Cut the vegetables and sausages into bite-sized pieces.
② Put the vegetables, 1000ml of water, sausage and consommé in a pot.
Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes.
④ Sprinkle black pepper and parsley to complete!
