Don't forget to stay well-hydrated throughout the tryouts, as dehydration can worsen muscle fatigue. Finally, listen to your body’s signals. If soreness feels severe or persistent, allow yourself rest days to prevent injury. Incorporating recovery techniques such as foam rolling or even ice baths might further aid the healing process. Remember, soreness is a sign of hard work and growth.
