The @HOKA Bondi 9s absolutely saved my feet! I am SO grateful.
I was in so much pain, I was gimping around, walking on the side of my foot, and dreaded getting up if I sat for too long or first thing in the morning. It was so painful and I was about ready to seek professional help. But I realized my sneakers were all very old and not meant to help with plantar fasciitis. So I thought I’d start there and if that didn’t work, I’d go seek a professional.
Well I am happy to report, it worked! I immediately felt a difference wearing the Bondi 9s and after about a month the pain was substantially better. Today, I am pain free and I could literally cry saying that.
I am a very active person. I rarely sit throughout the day and I also workout on the regular. One of my favorite forms of exercise is walking and so these Hokas have gotten put to the test! I love them so much.
