[Ingredients for 1 person]
Udon 1 ball
Ground mince 80g
1 egg
2 small soy sauce
Mirin small 2
Granule Dashi Small 1
250 ml of water
a pinch of salt
Ginger 3 cm
Potato starch 2 small
Water
[How to make]
1. Warm the jar with boiling water
Frozen udon is warmed and entwined with sesame oil
Put mince, water and seasoning in a pot and heat
2. When cooked, thicken with water-soluble potato starch and pour in the beaten egg
3. Put the soup in the jar and it's done! Put the udon just before eating
