Cinnamon Rolls for Mom
There’s just something about homemade cinnamon rolls that feels like love in every layer 🥹✨
Soft, fluffy dough… that rich cinnamon sugar swirl… and that glaze dripping over the top 🤤
I made these fresh for my mom because she deserves all the sweet things 🤍
And using a shortcut dough made it even easier without sacrificing that homemade feel!
✨ Easy Cinnamon Rolls (Using Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix)
Ingredients:
* 1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
* Ingredients listed on the box (usually yeast packet, warm water, butter, egg)
Filling:
* ½ cup brown sugar
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 3 tbsp softened butter
Glaze:
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough according to the box instructions and let it rise until doubled.
2. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
3. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar + cinnamon evenly.
4. Roll tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
5. Place in a greased pan, cover, and let rise again until puffy.
6. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes or until golden.
7. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over warm rolls.
