Simple, flavorful, and made with intention; because she deserves a plate that feels just as good as it tastes.

What I made:

🐟 Air fried salmon

🍲 Creamy grits

🍳 Soft scrambled eggs

How I made it:

* Season salmon with olive oil, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, and Tabitha Brown Sunshine seasoning

* Air fry at 390°F for 10 minutes

* Cook grits until smooth and creamy (butter + a little salt goes a long way)

* Soft scramble eggs low and slow for that fluffy texture

Taste notes:

The salmon is flaky with a little kick from the Creole seasoning, balanced with the cozy, buttery grits and soft eggs. Every bite just melts together.

A little bit of salmon, eggs, and grits all on one fork. Quiet morning, no rush… just good food and good energy 💫
