Made a simple but cozy Mother’s Day breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs, toasted Lewis Hawaiian bread, sausage patties, and fresh strawberries & blackberries 🍓🍳 The sweet Hawaiian toast with the savory breakfast combo was so good and made the kitchen smell amazing. Simple breakfasts always feel extra special when they’re homemade with love 💛

Recipe 🍳🥓🍓

Ingredients:

* 4 eggs

* 2 tbsp milk

* Salt & black pepper to taste

* 4 sausage patties

* 4 slices Lewis Hawaiian bread

* 1 tbsp butter

* Fresh strawberries

* Fresh blackberries

Instructions:

Scrambled Eggs

1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.

2. Heat a buttered skillet over low-medium heat.

3. Slowly cook eggs, stirring gently until fluffy.

Sausage Patties

1. Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Flip occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Toast

1. Butter Lewis Hawaiian bread lightly.

2. Toast in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
