Sitting in silence or listening to calming music helps to center myself and breathe deeply, exhaling any heaviness while inhaling peace. I find visualizing a white or golden light surrounding me acts like an energetic shield, reinforcing personal boundaries against energy vampires. Carrying crystals such as black tourmaline or clear quartz provides constant subtle protection throughout the day. Affirmation statements like "I release all that is not mine to carry" have helped me mentally detach from others’ negativity. Drinking plenty of water aids emotional release and keeps my body energized. Over time, these gentle energy clearing methods have made dealing with energy stalkers less overwhelming and drastically improved my overall well-being. I encourage anyone struggling with negative energy to try these practices consistently, as they foster alignment, protection, and resilience against emotional drainage.
