Many of these herbs can overlap in their traditional uses. Mullein is often talked about for lung support, but it can also be used externally as a poultice. Cleavers are known for spring tonic and lymph support, but they’ve also been used on the skin as a wash or poultice. Plantain, calendula, yarrow, aloe, and others may also cross over depending on the need.
