I will never see someone in the gym and and laugh or hate on there abilities.Strength is built. Cardio is built..Explosiveness is. built . Speed is built. We dont just naturally get these attributes. So if i see u show up to the the gym trying you will have my respect. And if you are unsure of something never be afraid to ask , i love to see pepple in the gym learning stuff, also love too help. I myself am still learning everyday so never have no shame. I dont care what u lift how far u can run, or how many push ups you can do. Everything you do counts . When I started training seriously, I wasn't the strongest or fastest, and sometimes I doubted if I could improve. But understanding that strength, cardio, speed, and explosiveness are built skills changed everything for me. Showing up consistently was the first step. Every session mattered, even if progress felt slow. It also helped me to embrace learning — asking questions without shame and welcoming advice made me better and more confident. I’ve found that the gym isn’t a place for judgment but for growth, where each pull-up or push-up, no matter how many, counts toward a stronger version of yourself. The phrase “Same guy different mindset different body” perfectly sums it up. The mental shift from comparison and doubt to respect and determination drove my physical transformation. This journey taught me the importance of patience, self-compassion, and continuous learning. If you’re just starting or struggling, remember that your efforts matter.
