... Read moreWhen I first began exploring nervous system regulation, I was skeptical about how much it would truly help me. I had been battling with symptoms of ADHD, pure OCD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, and even alcohol dependency for years. The constant anxiety and the seemingly endless looping thoughts made daily life feel overwhelming. But through dedicated work and finding the right techniques, I experienced a transformation I never anticipated. One of the most profound changes was how quickly some of my hardest struggles eased. For example, my urge to drink alcohol—which had been a crutch and a source of guilt—stopped almost overnight. Simultaneously, the obsessive thoughts characteristic of my pure OCD drastically diminished. This allowed me to find a sort of baseline calm that I truly had not thought possible before. Having gone through this process, I realized the importance of reconnecting with myself and learning how to regulate my nervous system effectively. Many women face similar cycles, feeling trapped by their mental health challenges, and I felt compelled to create a safe space and community called Rooted specifically for women navigating these hardships. If you’re struggling with trauma, nervous system dysregulation, or are simply curious about alternative healing methods, there is hope. The journey isn’t always linear, but with patience, support, and the right guidance, recovery and renewal are very possible. I offer free guides and coaching to help others on this path—I truly believe you deserve to regain control and peace in your life. Remember, healing isn't just about eliminating symptoms; it's about nurturing your whole self, understanding your body’s responses, and gradually rewiring your nervous system to feel safe and calm. Whether you're coping with anxiety, trauma, or addiction, starting with nervous system regulation can be a transformative step towards a healthier, more balanced life.

why equality doesn't work in my relationship…
I used to be someone who would always be focused on EQUALITY in my relationship ALL THE TIME. If I didn’t see my partner pulling his weight 50/50 one day, I would be so upset. I tried to make sure EVERYTHING was 50/50. Chores. Expenses. You name it. But I realized just how unhappy and more importan
