21g protein vegetarian breakfast 🌱🤍

As I've stated I'm pescitarian + vegetarian.

I'm mainly Vegetarian, and pesc 2-3 days out the week, but now that I don't eat meat I struggle with my protein intake. which is hard for my fitness gains.

I went to tofu finally and I've come up with some delicious tofu food recipes to make it more, well pleasurable. I hope you enjoy this breakfast one!

INGREDIENTS NEED:

🌱 any type of onion, I used white

🌱 3 oz [21g protein] of tofu, I only like the firm.

🌱 red and yellow peppers

🌱 spinach

🌱 soy sauce

🌱 garlic + rosemary blend seasoning

🌱 crushed bay leaf

🌱 paprika
