If your food was designed in a lab

4/3 Edited to

... Read moreIn recent years, many of us have encountered foods that seem to be designed more for taste and shelf life than for nutritional value. When I first started paying attention to what I eat, I realized that so much of what is marketed as food is actually more like edible placeholders. These products often lack the enzymes and nutrients our bodies need, leading to feelings of fatigue, bloating, and sometimes even anxiety or diabetic symptoms. One important aspect I learned is how these lab-designed and processed foods impact our mitochondria—the energy producers in our cells. If your diet consists mostly of highly processed sugars and empty calories, your mitochondria can become less efficient, making you feel tired and achy. This can be a sign your body is malnourished inside despite being 'full' of food. Moreover, these foods often lead to insulin resistance, a condition that can cause long-term metabolic problems. By feeding our bodies with artificial or overly processed ingredients, we essentially 'kill off' the natural enzymes meant to help digest real nutrients. This can harm your gut health, decreasing the diversity and balance of gut bacteria essential for good digestion and immunity. From my experience, switching to whole, unprocessed foods has made a significant difference. Incorporating fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and natural proteins helped restore my energy levels and improved my digestive health. Also, cutting back on added sugars relieved my occasional bloating and stabilized my blood sugar levels. Understanding that much of modern food production prioritizes profits over genuine nutrition helps us make better choices. While it’s impossible to avoid processed foods entirely, being conscious of what we eat and how it affects our body can empower us to make healthier decisions and support our long-term wellness.

🤯 YOU ARE DESIGNED TO BE POOR 🤯
Okay, deep breath. Here goes... I always thought poverty was about bad choices or lack of effort. Like, "pull yourself up by your bootstraps," right? Life isn't that simple. It's like we're all playing a game, but some of us start with way less than others. Imagine playing M
