Sealing you cement candle jars before you pour wax in…lets talk about it. Gypsum (the material I use to cast) is a very porous material. If I didn’t seal my candle jars, the wax would seep right through. Okay, so how do you find the right sealant!? Again, gypsum is so porous it only is compat

At the heart of a good candle jar is the right pigment. I’ve grown my collection over the years and tested hundreds of colors to find the best performing pigments for my jars. For the Mother Earth candle I wanted the colors to be earthy (duh), so I went with shade of red, shade of turqoiuse, oxide green and white for the chips with a light sky blue for the base. I think this is my favorite terrazzo candle in the collection! 🌎🩵
