Some days my mind plays tricks on me…

It tells me nothing is changing.

That I look the same.

That all this effort isn’t doing anything.

But deep down, I know that’s not true.

Even if it’s the smallest change…

my body is shifting.

my habits are improving.

my mindset is growing.

I may not be where I want to be yet

but I’m finally going in the direction I prayed for.

And this time… I’m not rushing it.

I’m being gentle with myself.

I’m speaking life into my journey instead of doubt.

Because progress isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it’s quiet, slow, and still beautiful.

And I’m learning to love that part too 🤍
