Not only do they make me sweat more, but they also clear my mind and boost my energy for the rest of the day. It's important to listen to your body during these activities to avoid overexertion. Staying hydrated and balancing exercise with rest enhances the benefits of sweating in stress relief. Additionally, I sometimes use a sauna session after workouts—it’s a great way to continue sweating and further relax muscles and mind. Overall, sweating can be a natural and enjoyable way to manage stress if incorporated regularly into your lifestyle. Whether through exercise or other heat-inducing methods, these practices help reset my mood and provide a mental break from everyday pressures.
