Sukiyaki style meat roll with onion
(Cooking time: 20 minutes)

[Ingredients for 4 people]

Onion: 2 small
Sliced pork loin: 300g
Cake flour: 1 tsp
Vegetable oil: 1 tsp
Egg yolks: 2 pcs
(A) Sugar: 1 tablespoon
(A) Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
(A) Liquor: 2 tablespoons spoon
(A) Mirin: tablespoon 2

[Procedure]

[1] Cut the onion into wedges, leaving the root part. Roll thinly sliced pork loin and sprinkle with cake flour.
[2] Put salad oil in a frying pan, heat it over medium heat, and bake the pork with the seam facing down.
When the whole surface is baked fragrantly, cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
[3] Add [A], simmer for about 3 minutes, and serve in a bowl.
Sprinkle with egg yolks and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
