6/16 Healthy Breakfast
Today’s lemon shot was taken at 6AM so I could go to the gym for a bit before the boys woke up. It was about a two hour session including stretching, stair master, glute activation, 7 different exercises, a few ab work outs and a cool down. I don’t know how to cut down the the time as every part seems so important but it worked out for today as everyone was still asleep when I came back.
I came home a bit hungry so I had an avocado toast with some chicken and bell peppers and then to satisfy my sweet tooth I had another avocado toast but with strawberry and bell pepper slices with a dash of honey. I accompanied it with a cup of coffee with some cream and it was delicious.
I’m not tracking any calories just yet but I am trying to stay away from the processed foods a bit more. But here’s to good health! #breakfast #health #journey
