Postpartum hair care products✨

Postpartum hair loss can be tough, but these products have been a game-changer for me!

♡︎Baby Blues Hair Vitamins provide the essential nutrients to support healthy growth from within

♡︎As I Am's rosemary spray and oil stimulate my scalp and strengthen my strands.

♡︎Lavish Curls' oil and hair growth butter keeps my hair deeply moisturized and nourished,

♡︎The Mane Attraction Hair Growth Oil locks in all that goodness to promote thicker, fuller hair.

♡︎I use the oils differently, I alternate monthly(ish) because their ingredients are similar and what they do are similar as well.

BUT together, they’ve helped me feel confident in my postpartum hair journey! My hair has been flourishing❤️

Check out my hair growth thus far✨❤️

... Read moreOh, mama, I totally get it! That moment you look down and see clumps of hair in the shower drain or on your brush – it’s heartbreaking, isn’t it? Postpartum hair loss, often called 'postpartum shedding,' can feel like a cruel joke after all you’ve been through. But trust me, you’re not alone, and there are ways to nurture your hair back to its glorious self. Beyond just the amazing Postpartum hair care Must haves I shared, I want to dive a little deeper into how I created a consistent routine that truly made a difference. It’s not just about what you use, but how you use it and understanding what your hair needs during this unique phase. First, let's talk about those Baby Blues Hair Vitamins. Think of them as your internal support system. I made sure to take mine daily, seeing them as providing essential nutrients to support healthy hair growth from within. It’s like feeding your hair from the inside out, preparing the follicles for new, stronger strands. Consistency is key here – don't expect overnight miracles, but rather a steady improvement over weeks and months. Then there’s the topical magic, especially the As I Am rosemary spray and oil. I integrated these into my scalp care routine about 2-3 times a week, especially before washing my hair. I’d gently massage the rosemary oil directly onto my scalp for a few minutes. This not only feels incredibly relaxing but also helps to stimulate the scalp and boost circulation, which is vital for strengthening hair strands. The spray is perfect for a quick refresh on non-wash days or for targeting specific thinning areas. For deep nourishment, rotating between my Lavish Curls oil/butter and The Mane Attraction Hair Growth Oil was a game-changer. As I mentioned, their ingredients are similar so I’d alternate them monthly or whenever I felt my hair needed something different. Applying these to the mid-shaft and ends of my hair after washing, while it was still damp, really helped to keep my hair deeply moisturized and nourished. This step is crucial for preventing breakage and promoting overall hair health, paving the way for thicker, fuller hair. Beyond products, a few lifestyle tweaks made a huge difference in my postpartum hair care routine. I tried to be super gentle when brushing my hair, opting for wide-tooth combs. I also reduced heat styling drastically and focused on a balanced diet – lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. Hydration is also so important! It's all part of creating an environment where your hair can thrive. Remember, postpartum hair recovery is a journey, not a sprint. There will be good hair days and not-so-good hair days. But with dedication to a routine and the right products, combined with self-care, you absolutely can see your hair flourish again. Keep going, mama, your hair will get there!
