two weeks in and my body looks exactly the same
this is where I usually quit.
right here. when I'm doing everything right but can't see results yet.
I'm showing up. lifting. doing the work. and my body looks... the same.
it's frustrating as hell, right?
but here's what I'm trying to remember: the chrysalis looks the same from outside for a long time before the butterfly emerges.
everything's happening inside. in the dark. where nobody can see.
the caterpillar dissolving. imaginal cells multiplying. wings forming.
and then one day—emergence.
transformation isn't linear. it's more like: nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, EVERYTHING.
→ the work is happening even when you can't see it
→ cellular changes come before visible changes
→ trust the invisible phase
I'm choosing to stay. to show up even without external validation. to believe my body is changing even if the mirror doesn't show it yet.
this is the spiritual practice. trusting the process when you have zero proof it's working.
the chrysalis phase is dark and slow. but the butterfly is forming. I'm staying.
