中野レンガ坂に佇む『洋食堂 葡萄』は、日常の喧騒から離れて贅沢な食体験を求める人にとって格別の場所です。私も先日訪れましたが、まずその落ち着いた雰囲気と石畳のレンガ坂の趣きに心が和みました。ここでは「少量多皿」の究極のプリフィクススタイルで、まるでアートのように美しく盛り付けられた10種類のアンティパスト・ミストを楽しめます。 例えば、フォアグラのマカロンはサクッと儚く、口の中にふわっと濃厚なコクが広がる感覚が忘れられません。また、軟骨入りのパテ・ド・カンパーニュはコリコリとした食感が斬新で、噛むほどに肉汁の旨味があふれ出す贅沢さが魅力です。低温蒸し牡蠣は身がぷっくりとしていて、凝縮された海の旨味が一口で感じられます。 手打ちのイカスミを練り込んだ「キタッラ」パスタは、四角くしっかりした食感とハマグリの出汁、はっさくの爽やかな苦味が絶妙にマッチし、まさにエレガントな味わいでした。主菜の牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込みは、コラーゲンたっぷりのぷるぷる食感で、口に入れると蕩けるようにほぐれ濃厚なソースが絡みつく、まさに至福の一皿です。 特に印象的だったのが、NAKAZATOカツサンド。一般的なカツのイメージを覆す柔らかさと繊細な味わいで、最後の一口まで飽きることなく楽しめました。食後にはバスクチーズケーキが提供され、しっとり滑らかに口で溶ける甘さとカツサンドの甘じょっぱさの対比で完璧な締めくくりとなりました。 さらにお料理に合うワインやペアリングセットも用意されているので、料理の魅力をより引き立ててくれることでしょう。大切な人との特別な時間や、自分へのご褒美にぴったりの至福のグルメ体験が叶います。中野グルメや中野イタリアン、中野デートの候補としてぜひ訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか。
