Ingredients:

โœจ Thin Sliced Pork Chops ( cut into cubes )

โœจ Cornstarch

โœจ Vegetable Oil

โœจ Pork Bulgogi Sauce

โœจ Sesame Seeds

โœจ Stir Fry Veggies

โœจ 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

โœจ Minced Garlic

โœจ Jasmine Rice

โœจ Honey Teriyaki Sauce

โœจ Salt, Lemon Pepper, Ground Ginger, Onion Powder, Red Chili Flakes, Paprika, Cumin - to taste

๐Ÿ’ฅ Season pork pieces as desired then coat with cornstarch! Fill a small pan with veggie oil && fry pork!

๐Ÿ’ฅ When fully cook, place onto paper towels to soak up remaining grease

๐Ÿ’ฅ Toss is bulgogi sauce & sprinkle with sesame seeds

๐Ÿ’ฅ Cook rice throughly, then set aside to cool

๐Ÿ’ฅ In a large pan cook veggies, garlic, & rice wine vinegar, cook until all liquid has evaporated

๐Ÿ’ฅ Add in the rice & stir in honey teriyaki sauce

๐Ÿ’ฅ Season to taste

๐Ÿ’ฅ Put rice/ veggie mix into a bowl then top with bulgogi pork!!
