Here are some of my favorite cheese picks that have helped me stay on track, along with tips on how to use them: 1. Cottage Cheese: Your Versatile Protein Powerhouse This is a true MVP! It packs a serious protein punch (hello, 14g protein per serving in tubs like Good Culture!). I love its creaminess and versatility. Sweet Treat: Mix with berries for a satisfying dessert. Savory Boost: I often blend it into sauces (like my protein pasta sauce!) for an extra creamy, high-protein kick. It's also great in savory bowls. 2.
