How I transformed

My transformation wasn’t an easy one. I had a hard time at first changing my habits. Trust me I loved just coming home ordering DoorDash or GrubHub and calling that a night after work, but that life left me feeling awful. My acne was out of control, my anxiety, and my health was getting worse by the day. Change is hard but sometimes it has to be done. If you are on a transition journey best of luck to you! You are your greatest asset and steepest mountain to climb but you’ve got this! 💕💅🏻 #transformationvibes #transformyourlifestyle #transformationera #summerbod #gymtransformationcheck

... Read moreEmbarking on a transformation journey can feel overwhelming, but breaking it down into manageable steps really helped me stay on track. One major key was focusing on a 15-20% calorie deficit by eating mainly whole foods. This wasn’t about strict dieting but rather nourishing my body with clean, unprocessed meals. It made a huge difference not only in weight loss but also in reducing my acne and easing anxiety. Equally important was making movement a non-negotiable part of my day. Whether it was yoga, Pilates, or weightlifting, I committed to at least 20 minutes daily. I found that diversity kept me motivated and helped avoid burnout. Walking 10,000 steps a day truly transformed my lifestyle; breaking it into two 30-minute sessions on the treadmill made it achievable. Walking not only burned calories but also cleared my mind, improving mental health. Taking time for myself daily was another essential habit. I incorporated a simple skincare routine and occasionally red light therapy sessions to rejuvenate my skin and unwind. Even spending 30 minutes reading a calming book helped me relax and recharge. These small acts of self-care contributed significantly to my confidence and overall well-being. Remember, transformation isn’t just about the scale but creating lasting habits that support your health and happiness. If you’re on a similar path, be patient with yourself, celebrate small wins, and know that consistent effort leads to real change. Each step forward, no matter how small, brings you closer to the best version of yourself.
