Yummy protein balls recipe 😋🫶✨

A great easy to make sweet protein snack/treat 🤌🏻😋

-1 cup peanut butter

-1 cup protein powder

-1 cup oats

-1 cup honey

-1 cup chocolate chips (I usually add them but I was out lol)

Mix ingredients together and make balls. Roughly makes about 25 balls. Refrigerate and enjoy!☺️

You can also keep them in the freezer 🙂 that’s what I do. They are about 5-10 grams of protein each.💪🏼

... Read moreProtein balls are a fantastic snack option, especially for those seeking a nutritious treat. They are versatile and can be adapted to fit various dietary needs by substituting different types of nut butters or protein powders. For instance, almond butter can be used instead of peanut butter for a different flavor profile and healthier fat content. Additionally, you can incorporate superfoods like chia seeds or flax seeds to boost the nutritional benefits further. When storing, these protein balls can last in the refrigerator for up to a week and can also be frozen for up to three months, making them an ideal make-ahead snack. Each protein ball provides approximately 5-10 grams of protein, depending on the ingredients used, making them perfect for post-workout recovery or a midday energy boost. Try experimenting with add-ins like dried fruits or coconut flakes to customize your protein balls to your taste. Enjoy them as part of a balanced diet and keep your energy up throughout the day!
