Free things to do in NYC this December ✨

New York is known for it’s incredible Christmas decor throughout the entire city! Everyone knows NYC is expensive, but thankfully theres lots of free things you can do in the city this December!

1. Go see the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree! Free to view and a sight to see! If you want to skate on the ice rink at Rockefeller center under the Christmas tree, tickets start at $21!

2. Check out Grand Central Station! Grand central has been featured in many movies over the years and is one of the most unforgettable train stations in the world!

3. Walk around the city and explore the beautiful streets on your own! So many places are decorated that you wouldn’t expect! Head towards Radio City Music Hall to see their beautiful and classic Christmas decorations.

4. If you’re in NYC you can’t miss Times Square! Possibly the most famous tourist attraction in New York! This beautiful square is where the cities famous NYE celebration is held!

Bonus: checkout Central Park! I’ve never been to Central Park, but it’s definitely on my bucket list!

Don’t forget to make your way to Times Square, where the dazzling lights and billboards are a spectacle in themselves: a perfect snapshot of the heart of New York. For a moment of peace amid the city hustle, Central Park is an oasis where you can enjoy nature and the seasonal scenery. Full of beautiful pathways and lovely landscapes, it's a great place to unwind and take in the sights.
