Little post partum struggle/vent

I’m currently 3 months post partum from baby number 3 and I’m breastfeeding. My goal was to lose weight without it affecting my supply, aaaand I hit a snag. I upped my protein like was recommended (protein intake suuuper important for weight loss, and rebuilding muscle, but also for breastfeeding hunger and making milk) however I’m now struggling with kidney stones because I didn’t know I needed to up my healthy fats to help with the increased protein intake.

I struggled with anorexia from the age of 12 through 21, and I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia the whole way. I really really want to keep breastfeeding my baby, so I know getting enough calories is important. But I also desperately want my old body back. (Before all my kids I was 140, now I’m 210)

I also need to completely start fresh with working out as I have zero core from neglecting myself with my prior pregnancies.

Any tips, tricks, resources, or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated
