Menopause can be hard…
You can find me gazing at a sunset or calling to the moon; analyzing the movements of a caterpillar or watching my dog chew her bone.
I make a point to take as many moments as I can to slow down my busy brain.
I often find myself analyzing to the point of exhausting rumination. And it’s become more intense since menopause.
Did I say or do something to offend them?
What did they mean by that?
Why can’t I get past this?
Why don’t they come to help me when I need it?
Why does it seem like they don’t care when I care so much?
Many women during this time try to block this through alcohol & mood-altering medications. This phase is challenging.
I still need to function but I choose hard over numb.
You can also find me a workaholic & creator, with a never-ending quest to share my work with others & to help someone better their life. Plse support me by subscribing to Sandy K Nutrition Health & Lifestyle Queen podcast sandykruse.ca to find out where.
You can also find me analyzing health metrics, bloodwork, research & more.
You can also find me doing whatever I can to heal & better myself as a person.
I’m a mixed bag of wellness & can’t be put into a box.
I’m human, full of feelings & flaws & an innate desire to help. I see a world that is good & balanced & my purpose is to inspire others to improve their lives. I give generously. I’ve learned that reciprocity in friendship, business, love & more is now essential to me. Sometimes you need to see the reality of everything around you & make hard changes in your life.
One thing for sure is the age-old rule of decluttering & how this eventually makes you feel...lighter, inspired, happier & more fulfilled over time.
But no one talks about how it can also leave you empty for a time until you fill it back up with what serves you.
The in-between can be really hard.
I feel like I’ve released some hard stuff. And while I have a ton of “busy” work to do, I took a moment to bask in my creative writing to share this post with you in the hopes that it might inspire you to go through the hard stuff, because on the other side, you’ll eventually see the light. Love & light & thanks to all those who support me. #menopausejourney #feeling #healthyrelationship #podcastrecommendations #sandyknutrition
