Show up Fall Weather 🍂

Is it 70° in October? Yes. Am I wearing a Christmas sweatshirt? Also yes. I’m hoping by wearing warm clothes and making cool weather meals Mother Nature will bend to me willing the cool temperatures I am in desperate need of. Probably not but a girl can hope. 🍂🎃👻 #fallfood #readyforfallweath

Cozy Mornings ☕️ 📚

Some mornings are made to wake up slow, be intentional and keep that cozy vibe going. This morning for me, after putting my kiddos on the bus I made myself an iced coffee (my oldest’s favorite), grabbed my book, my dog and my favorite reading spot and got comfy. I love a mason jar glass. It’s t

Mini Brand Books Series 2

So I finally got the Series 2 Mini Brand Books advent edition. Yes it was supposed to be for 24 days. Did I follow that? No. This one is from last year. Anyway, I love it! Miniature books, a shelf, magnifying glass, cat, tea cup/saucer, candle and desk lamp (missing a piece 😭). My daughter

Steam Deck Games

Heyyy! So I just got a new Steam Deck and I’m looking for game recommendations. I am currently playing Sims4 and am absolutely loving it. Apparently it’s my comfort game from childhood and I can finally play it again. My husband bought it for me so I don’t know a lot about it. I enjoy cozy game

Learning to Draw

Day 3 of me watching YouTube tutorials and trying to make decent drawings. I don’t claim to be an artist by any means. I feel like it’s cheating but it is free hand while I look at a picture. Hoping to get good enough I can draw from my imagination and create my own work. Comments and sugge

Learning to Draw

This is a little different than my usual post. My soul was knocked down a few pegs last week and I tried not to take anything that was said to me personally especially since it was a bunch of internet strangers who don’t really know me but it got me. So I wrote it out, reevaluated and decided to ta

Happy Almost September

Tomorrow is the first day of the month. This will be the perfect time to cleanse your spaces, set your intentions and bring abundance into your life. A wonderful way to bring abundance into your life is to blow cinnamon in through your front door. Before you do so, speak with intention and say

Tis The Season 👻🎃

Home decor is my favorite during the Fall and Spooky Season! Nothing says cozy and gothic like beautifully printed canvases of ghosts, pumpkins and witches. If you’re looking for something to “haunt” up your space come check out some of my favorites. I love this type of decor year round. #

Spooky Season! 🎃👻🍂

I am loving this soft, cozy spooky season tee. It comes in a few colors but my favorite is ivory. It’s also embroidered so it will last longer than a vinyl print. I can’t wait to add more to my Fall wardrobe. #spookyseasonapparel #emergingcreator #Lemon8Diary #fallaesthetic #cozyfi

Dermaplane or no? 🤨

How many ladies dermaplane their faces? I do because I get embarrassingly dark hairs. To the point my 7 year old asked me why I had a beard! 🙈 I have watched videos, used cheap razors and expensive ones, even the battery operated ones. I always felt like I was doing it wrong because it left my

Biscuits and Gravy from Scratch

One of my kid’s favorite breakfast is biscuits and gravy! I make the biscuits from scratch and if I’m out of sausage I use packet gravy. My biscuits don’t look perfect but my kids enjoy them and that’s all that matters. When you eat biscuits and gravy do you just break the biscuits in half and

Meal Planning

As a mom of 5 meal planning is a time saver for sure! BUT I am TERRIBLE at it. I never know what to cook, I always forget something at the store and I never properly prep. I have recently started (yesterday recently 😅) using my Tula XII planner. I bought the meal/groceries insert and the weekly

Honestly..

I can be the crafty mom at times! With 5 kiddos everything gets pretty chaotic and overwhelming fairly quickly. We do seasonal activities occasionally. My older kids like crafting, crocheting, drawing and the like. But having kids ranging from 12-2 it can get harder to juggle. Being present

I need opinions!

Has anyone read this or is reading this book!? It seems so slow but it could be because I just finished Hunting Adeline and that was a LOT for my nervous system. I’m not one to DNF so I will push through but I’m just dragging. So are the other books after this slowish as well? Is the seriou

Monday Magic 🪄 🔮

Happy Monday my fellow witches! I know for some of us Monday means the start of a work week, the start of the school week, or just another day of the daily rise and grind. Monday’s don’t have to be bleak or miserable. Let’s start this week with positive thoughts, goals to accomplish and kindnes
