Without erythritol, the monk fruit's natural sweetness shines through without any odd aftertastes. It's just clean, pure sweetness that mimics sugar beautifully, but without the calories or blood sugar spikes. This has been perfect for maintaining my low-carb lifestyle without feeling deprived of sweet treats. It allows me to enjoy everything from my morning smoothie to a decadent dessert, all sweetened naturally. Another huge plus is how gentle it is on my stomach. I no longer have to worry about the bloating or discomfort I sometimes experienced with erythritol blends. It's just a much smoother experience all around.
