I had a craving for ice cream, but when I looked at the quart calories on Blue Bell, it was almost 1000!

I rummaged around in the grocer freezer a little longer and came up with this guy. Let me say that this is a creamy and delicious alternative to regular ice cream. I will certainly be going back for more. And I’m not getting paid to say this!! I just didn’t want to gate keep on this fantastic low(er) calorie dessert. 1/3 of the Blue Bell quart. I’m still amazed!
