Desert Time 😲
First dish is a Hallowed cinnamon & sugar fritter balls and the second dish is a Sabayon Céme funnel fritter; fried funnel cake dusted with white sugar and cinnamon down the middle, hallowed fritter coated in sugar & cinnamon sitting on top a créme pâtissérie mixed with a creamy Sabayon, chocolate caramel shell drizzle with white chocolate and a Sabayon Zabaglione. Although the chocolate shell didn't stay leveled, it was fun coming up with this dish. I'll try again 😊
