Winter is a tough season for those with dry skin like me, and finding a skincare routine that truly works can be a challenge. Over time, I’ve realized the importance of a gentle yet effective regimen, especially focused on hydration and calming sensitive skin during the harsh cold months. One standout product from my routine is the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser. It’s dermatologist-tested and sulfate-free, which means it cleans without stripping away the skin’s natural moisture barrier—a common problem in winter cleansing. The prebiotic thermal water in it adds a soothing element, making it ideal for dry and sensitive skin. Another essential in my routine is the SOS spray by TOVER 28. This daily rescue facial spray isn’t just a hydrating mist; I’ve seen it actively reduce acne on my face and back. Its calming formula is perfect for when my skin feels irritated or dehydrated, providing that instant relief we all crave on chilly days. Hyaluronic acid is a must-have ingredient for winter. I trust the Hadalabo Hyaluronic Acid Serum as my go-to for deep hydration. I've used it for a long time, and it never disappoints. It plumps the skin and helps maintain moisture levels, combating the dryness winter often brings. Brightening and hydration go hand in hand. The Medicube Deep Vita C Capsule Cream is another favorite. Packed with Vitamin C derivatives and niacinamide, it helps reduce dark spots caused by hyperpigmentation, while deeply moisturizing my skin with a refreshing vitamin water texture. Eye care deserves special mention, especially in winter when skin around the eyes is extra delicate. I love the Belif Aqua Bomb Eye Gel—the ceramic applicator is cool to the touch, providing a soothing effect. The gel itself is lightweight but very hydrating, helping combat dark circles and under-eye dryness without irritation. Based on my experience, the key to a successful winter skincare routine for dry skin is layering hydrating and calming products, avoiding harsh actives or retinols during this season, and cycling products gently. Each product plays a role, from cleansing to targeted treatments, making a comprehensive approach essential. I’m still testing some products, particularly the cleanser and eye serum, and will update with my thoughts as I continue. For anyone struggling with dry, sensitive skin in winter, I recommend gentle cleansing, regular hydration boosts through serums and sprays, and eye care focused on moisture. Remember, consistency is crucial—your skin needs time to adjust and benefit fully from these nourishing products.

I want to try that Medicube moisturizer, but I hear mix views on Medicube😬
