I use golden potatoes wash them off peel and diced boiled to they are tender drain water off let them completely cool down I take the yolk out of my boil eggs mash yolk up with mayonnaise and put it to the side dice up eggs onions, celery, put sweet radish, dry dill, or fresh salt, black pepper, onion powder, a little garlic powder, tablespoon of sugar, mayonnaise mix all together very well garnish with parsley or paprika.
