It’s not selfISH, it’s self-CARE.
My life is a mess too.
I’m nowhere near perfect.
But my health is at the top of my priorities.
If I’m unhealthy, I can’t be there for my friends and family.
If I don’t take care of myself, I can’t be there for my patients.
If I’m skipping the gym just because I have a lot of other things to do, what example am I setting for my clients?
