Hey guys this is my week 1 of the gym. Trying to transform this body for the summa.i don’t really work out so that fist week was rough. If it wasn’t for my pre and post work I wouldn’t have made it. Muscle soreness is gone and now it’s time to build 🤗#bodytransformation #lemon8challenge
