I’m almost 42 and I don’t suffer from hot flashes, night sweats, or the mood swings that so many women my age are dealing with — and I don’t think that’s an accident. 🙅🏾‍♀️

6 years ago I made a decision to change my lifestyle and I haven’t looked back.

I changed how I eat. 🥗

I removed toxic chemicals from my everyday products. 🚫
