For instance, avocado toast topped with a sprinkle of chili flakes and lemon juice has become one of my favorites. It provides healthy fats and fiber, which keep me full longer. On days when I have a bit more time, I like to make oatmeal with fresh fruits like berries or bananas and a drizzle of honey for a natural sweetness boost. One important tip I’ve learned is to avoid skipping breakfast, even on busy mornings. Preparing some ingredients the night before can save time—such as chopping fruits or soaking oats for overnight oats. This preparation makes it effortless to grab something nutritious and delicious when you’re pressed for time. Additionally, incorporating a variety of foods in your breakfast helps keep meals interesting and balanced. Including a source of protein like eggs, nuts, or yogurt will stabilize your blood sugar and reduce mid-morning cravings.
