If you're looking for a simple, yet effective yogurt tortilla recipe, this is it! The process is straightforward – after combining your Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, you'll need to knead it into a smooth ball. Don't rush this step; a well-kneaded dough leads to better wraps! Once your dough is ready, splitting it into four equal parts and rolling them out thinly is key. I usually aim for a size that's perfect for a single serving, making them ideal for a quick low calorie protein wrap lunch. When it comes to cooking, heating up a pan and cooking on each side for a minute or until they get those lovely light brown spots is all it takes. The smell alone is enough to get your appetite going! I love how versatile these low calorie tortillas are. For breakfast, I might fill one with scrambled eggs, a little cheese, and some salsa for a protein-packed start to my day.
