My natural birth story🤰🏥👶🏼

My birth story as a first time mom! This is not one of those “I was in labor for 5 hours and only pushed twice and my baby was out” stories but it’s mine and I’m so proud of myself. If you want to have a natural birth, I hope this inspires you that you can do the really really hard stuff! I learned a lot and hopefully next time it’s a little shorter 🙏😂 but overall I think the long pushing was for the best or else I would have had a wayyyyy worse tear. He was a pretty big baby. For first-time mothers, labor can often take longer than anticipated, but patience is crucial. Establishing a calm environment, perhaps with music or dim lighting, can help with anxiety and promote a more comfortable experience. Finally, many women report that having a supportive partner or doula can increase feelings of confidence and comfort while enduring the intensity of labor. Remember, every birth is unique, and embracing your own journey is what counts most.
