My natural birth story🤰🏥👶🏼

My birth story as a first time mom! This is not one of those “I was in labor for 5 hours and only pushed twice and my baby was out” stories but it’s mine and I’m so proud of myself. If you want to have a natural birth, I hope this inspires you that you can do the really really hard stuff! I learned a lot and hopefully next time it’s a little shorter 🙏😂 but overall I think the long pushing was for the best or else I would have had a wayyyyy worse tear. He was a pretty big baby. Thanks for reading my experience! Hope it’s helpful!

... Read moreMany women may wonder what a natural birth truly entails. It’s vital to prepare not just physically but mentally. Techniques like mindful breathing, relaxation exercises, and having a supportive birth team can make a significant difference. During labor, staying active may help progress the birth and reduce discomfort. Movement positions can also aid the baby in descending properly. One popular method is the ‘Miles Circuit,’ which can enhance the likelihood of steady contractions. Understanding the phases of labor is essential; each phase has distinct characteristics, and recognizing these can empower you as labor progresses. For first-time mothers, labor can often take longer than anticipated, but patience is crucial. Establishing a calm environment, perhaps with music or dim lighting, can help with anxiety and promote a more comfortable experience. Finally, many women report that having a supportive partner or doula can increase feelings of confidence and comfort while enduring the intensity of labor. Remember, every birth is unique, and embracing your own journey is what counts most.

Does birth control reduce our sexiness?
Hear me out… out of all the stages in our menstrual cycle ovulation is the one where we not only feel the sexiest, but look the sexiest. Our bodies are the strongest, our hair falls the best, our skin looks the best, and this is all a biological way of us attracting a man for reproduction. Ovul
