Well 8 days in (round 2) and I feel good. Not really having cravings. Keeping within my macros. Working out 🏋️ but definitely need to be more consistent.

Long term I want to drop about 50lbs but honestly I want to feel better, for my clothes better and drop that metabolic age number!
