lower sodium diet - 800-1000 mg daily max sodium. 80% fresh food - no frozen meals, or hotdogs etc. Lean meats - 90% or above. minimal sugars - only cane sugar. i changed what i drink! - water, chamomile, or grapefruit juice. wheat/whole grain breads and pasta only. for good recipes
