Choosing healthier alternatives means you can still enjoy those sweet flavors without the excessive sugar, artificial ingredients, and calorie overload that often come with traditional Halloween treats. This can help you maintain steady energy levels, avoid that post-candy slump, and feel much better overall. Let's talk about some of my go-to categories for smarter snacking: Gummy & Chewy Delights: If you're a fan of those classic fruit chews or sour gummy worms, you're in luck! There are so many amazing sugar-free and low-sugar alternatives out there now. I've found some fantastic options that mimic the texture and flavor of traditional gummy bears, sourmelon bites, and even peach rings.
