What to Eat?

If you haven’t been following me, now’s the time. I posted some meal ideas. Here’s a few of them coming to life and a few other things that I’ve made. Keep an eye out for future posts. Ask me questions, if you have any, in the comments!

The first picture is the following:

- Everything Bagel w/

Just Egg (folded), Beyond Spicy Breakfast Sausage, Kite Hill Chive and Green Onion cream cheese, Butter Red Lettuce/Spinach/Arugula Mix

- Chia Seed Pudding

- Green Tea

*I made this bagel twice this week. I had it in the Brunch/Lunch slide as well.

Kombucha is great for your gut health (probiotic)!

Sourdough is great for your gut health (prebiotic)!

Green tea gets me energized.

Avocado is a great healthy fat!

Shiitake mushrooms are good for lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) and are a source of vitamin D!

I love chia seed pudding. In pic 3, there’s 27g of protein (at minimum) in that jar!

Spring water is the best! Argue with someone else on that😂.

I love mixing veggies and my homie loves potatoes. We’re foodies so we ate a light breakfast to have a big dinner😂.

If you want the recipe to the Lasagna Soup, let me know!
