Body’s that used to look like this

If you would have asked me back in 2016 when I was a senior in high school if I felt comfortable and healthy in my body I would have said no. To me I felt unhealthy, I was too skinny, didn’t feel healthy. Years later I came to realize that this body I’m in now I feel healthy. I’m not fat and I’m not skinny by any means, I’m curvy and love the way I feel in my body now. I feel healthier more energized, motivated. I’m now at a weight and look where at the end of the day I feel comfortable in my skin and clothing. I feel womanly #bodypositive #bodydysmorphia #embracevulnerability

It's essential to recognize that everyone's body is unique, and embracing vulnerability is crucial in fostering a healthier mindset. Understanding the societal pressures and unrealistic standards can help one redefine personal beauty. Engaging in activities like exercising, enjoying time with pets, or simply unwinding by a pool can contribute positively to body image. Additionally, connecting with communities that prioritize body acceptance can empower individuals to love their natural form. Learning to appreciate the skin you are in may inspire confidence and promote a more liberated lifestyle filled with joy and self-love. Remember, every stage of your body is valid and worthy of celebration.
