I built @New Therapist Network🪴 to help therapists in their first five years of practice navigate all the things grad school doesn’t prepare you for. It grew to almost 400 members, and then I built way too much, way too fast and eventually created a business I couldn’t sustainably run. So I’m shutting it down…kind of 👀

Over the next four weeks, I’m rebuilding NTN from the ground up : figuring out what stays, what goes, and what actually makes the platform valuable. Next week we’ll talk all what it’s like being a multi-business owner with ADHD😮‍💨

NTN (re)re-launches November 16.

A side-by-side comparison showing a woman's glute transformation, labeled 'BEFORE' in light leggings and 'AFTER' in dark leggings, illustrating fat loss and muscle gain. The image is titled 'MY BUTT TRANSFORMATION WHILE LOSING FAT'.
How I Built A Rounder Butt While Losing Fat
1) Train Glutes 3 Days A Week No more or Less. Make sure to spread the days out. Don’t work the glutes back to back days. 2) Lift Heavier If you are doing floor workouts or workouts with just resistance bands then there is a low chance that you are going to get the type of gains you’re looking

Are Abs BuiltIn the Kitchen Or the Gym?
What do you think? I recently saw a quote, “Abs are built in the gym but revealed in the kitchen.” And I think I agree. I need the lifting and core workouts of the gym, but a lot of those workouts won’t show the results we’re so often looking for if we’re eating foods that are making us inflame
